Project #1: Port of Tacoma Pier 4 Reconfiguration Project
Location:
 Port of Tacoma, WA
Description: The project involved demolishing and reconstructing over 1,700 feet of pile-supported wharf at the Husky Terminal along the Blair Waterway to accommodate Ultra Large Container Vessels. The new wharf was constructed on a unique slope configuration that ultimately led us to incorporating base isolation in the seismic force resisting system. This is the first container wharf in the U.S. to incorporate base isolation and one of only 2 or 3 in the world. The wharf also supports the largest container cranes on the west coast, which were delivered from China in 2017 and 2019.

Project #2: William Shore Memorial Pool
Location:
Port Angeles, WA
Description: William shore memorial pool project is a partial demolition, addition and remodel of the existing Shore Aquatic Center located in Port Angeles, WA. The completed structure consists of post-tensioned glulam beams, reconditioned tongue and groove decking, CLT, and large exposed bent steel columns and beams at the North and South entrances of the building. The lateral system consists of existing concrete and non-bearing cold formed shear walls.
