Scholarship Recipient 2002 Shana Kelley received the BS in Civil Engineering from WSU, and the MS in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. She works with KPFF's Seattle Structural Group, as the Director of Sustainable Design. She works closely with architects, developers, contractors, and public agencies to incorporate sustainable practices using a variety of materials. Shana serves on the Board of the Structural Engineers Foundation of Washington , as Vice Chair 2019- .
