SEAW Scholarship Recipient 2012 Bellevue native Philip Beasley graduated May 2012 with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. At UW, he participated in the ASCE Steel Bridge Competition team and departmental research. Following a Summer 2012 intern at KPFF, he plans to pursue graduate studies at UW.
