Jose Alma Jose joined Skilling, Ward, Rogers, & Barkshire in 1963. He served as project manager or Structural Engineer on many of the firm's projects including the Kingdome, the Sea-First Building, One Union Square, and the Federal Building -- all located in Seattle.
