Cliff Webster, long-time lobbyist for the Washington Architects and Engineers Legislative Council, heads the legislative and administrative practice group for the Olympia-based law firm of Carney Badley Spellman. He has represented businesses and also business and trade associations before the state legislature and a variety of state agencies, addressing such issues as taxation, liabiity, communications, government procurement, business regulation, and professional licensing. Prior to joining the firm, Cliff served as legislative assistant to US Senator Slade Gorton (R-WA) 1/81-1/83.
