First Light Tower

The newest premium residential tower in Seattle is now open at the First Light Tower in Belltown. This 48-story mixed-use tower features retail, office, condominium and amenities.

The concrete framed building was developed by Westbank and designed by MG2 (architect) and Glotman Simpson (structural).

The rooftop pool is the city’s first cantilevering skypool, which is 25 meters and extends out over the streetscape below. It is an incredible location for views, a swim, or a photoshoot with a McLaren Elva.
