SEAW Spokane: April Meeting - Special Inspections

Jim started his career as a welder in Spokane, WA and through a comment from a building inspector, Jim decided to learn the welding code and tested to become a welding inspector. After passing his test, he was hired by Allwest and worked for 20 years as an inspector before retiring on December 31^st, 2025. Through the years, he added to his inspection certifications from ACI, ASNT, AWS, CPN, ICC, PCI, and WABO.
