  • Professionally licensed (PE required)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in structural engineering from ABET-accredited university
  • Demonstrates proficient technical ability
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with peers on larger projects
  • Understands advanced engineering principles and design based on relevant national and regional building codes and standards
  • Advanced knowledge of structural modeling, analysis, and design
  • Ability to estimate project fees and write proposals for large projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn new skills, expand your client base and mentor/educate staff.
  • Most importantly a great attitude & solid work ethic with a great sense of humor
